2. Purpose
AlmaSuite is a white-label platform for coaching, mindfulness and wellbeing professionals: it lets each professional offer their clients courses, daily check-ins, messaging, video sessions and artificial intelligence tools under their own brand and domain.
3. Terms of use
Accessing the site means accepting this notice, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt it or try to access other people's data.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, design and the AlmaSuite brand belong to CODELABS STUDIO, S.L.. The courses, texts, audio and videos that each professional publishes belong to them or their licensors.
5. Liability
CODELABS STUDIO, S.L. is not liable for the content each professional publishes in their space or for the coaching services they provide, which are their own responsibility. Content and analyses generated with artificial intelligence are indicative and do not replace professional medical or psychological care.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These texts are governed by Spanish law. If you contract or use the service as a business or professional, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga (Spain). If you are a consumer, the competent courts are those determined by the mandatory consumer protection legislation (generally, those of your place of residence), and the courts of Málaga only where the law allows it.
